Exporting chrome certificates
The process of obtaining an electronic certificate varies depending on the issuing certification authority (see the instructions of the certification authority you have chosen on its corresponding web page). If, for example, you wish to obtain the certificate of the Spanish Mint (FNMT), you must follow these steps:
If you would like to obtain your certificate on a cryptographic card, you will need to get one and a card reader in case your computer does not have one. In addition, you must first install the FNMT root certificate and install the software you will have received with the card. From here on, the steps to obtain the certificate are the same as those specified above, except that the request and download must be made with the card in the reader. Also, for the first step, you will have to choose ‘User certificate on cryptographic card’ instead of ‘User certificate’ on the web page.
Import digital certificate
Some types of servers will not allow certificates to be imported from one server to another. If that is the case for your server, there are two ways you can generate duplicate certificates within your account (at no cost) to use on a second server.
If you have an EV SSL Certificate, we recommend contacting our support department to help you obtain a duplicate. Certificate management functions within your customer account are limited due to the extended security involved in handling EV certificates. If you have an SSL SSL Certificate you will not have the option to “Get a Duplicate” within your customer account.
Export certificate internet explorer
Storage or technical access which is used exclusively for anonymous statistical purposes. Without a request, voluntary compliance by your Internet service provider, or additional records from a third party, information stored or retrieved solely for this purpose cannot be used to identify you.
Storage or technical access is necessary to create user profiles to send advertising, or to track the user on a website or across multiple websites for similar marketing purposes.
A digital certificate can be copied
After accessing ‘Manage Certificates’ in Windows, we will access the system certificates section. Within this, we will see the certificates that have been issued (in case we have any stored on the PC), as well as the options that interest us here, import and export certificate.
From here, we will see the options to import or export items.as in Windows, it is necessary that the certificates are in specific formats such as P12 so that the keychain can detect and store them.
