How to cut hard plastic with heat

How to cut hard plastic without tools

BMitchWhen cutting vinyl siding, my tool of choice is a circular saw with the blade installed backwards. By setting the blade backwards, it will abrade the plastic with a smooth line instead of grinding it with a rough edge. The thicker and harder the plastic, the slower you have to go.
